I used a medium salsa for this dip, but I think next time I'll use a mild salsa. It was a little too spicy for my taste.

I'm not a big fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from my dip. It was still delicious!

This dip is a great way to use up leftover salsa. I always have a jar of salsa in my fridge, so this is a great way to put it to use.

I served this dip with tortilla chips, but it would also be great with pita bread or vegetables.

I love that this recipe uses Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It makes the dip a little healthier, but it's still just as delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but this dip was surprisingly mild. It had just the right amount of heat, and the creaminess balanced it out perfectly.
