I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my soup turned out really bland. Maybe I didn't use enough seasoning.

This soup is a little bit heavy for me, but it's still very good. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Reuben sandwiches.

I'm not a big fan of Reuben sandwiches, but I really enjoyed this soup. It's a great way to get all the flavors of a Reuben without the bread.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. I used a good quality corned beef and sauerkraut, and I think that made a big difference in the flavor.

This Reuben soup was a hit with my family! It was creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The corned beef and sauerkraut added a nice tang, and the rye croutons were the perfect finishing touch.
