Steps:
- 1. Bring broth to a boil; stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook orzo, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed, 9 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
- 2. Stir in tomatoes, parsley, olives and feta, mixing until the feta begins to melt slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
