Creamy Hot Beef Dip image

A good hot dip for those cold months and holiday get-togethers, or just any time for something a little different.

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
3 ounces dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions
1 teaspoon dried green chili pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
pepper
raw vegetables or raw cracker

Steps:

  • Combine first eight ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish.
  • Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with veggies and/or crackers.
