CREAMY HORSERADISH GARLIC SPREAD image

1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, salt, black and white pepper, dill, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
