CREAMY CROCK POT CHICKEN
This is a Hanover (PA)Hospital night shift work favorite! Rarely any leftovers! Can use full fat soup and cream cheese but dish is VERY rich.

Steps:
- 1. place chicken, dressing mix and margarine in crockpot. Cook Low 4-6hrs or high 3-4 hrs until the chicken easily pulls apart with a fork
- 2. cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
- 3. stir in soup and cream cheese. heat unitl warmed thru (1hr on low, 30 min on high.
- 4. serve with rice, pasta or on toasted bread.
