Creamy Cranberry Salad image

This is a recipe that I also got from my sister. I have tried this Thanksgiving of this year and it was delicious. So it is family tested and approved. Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 c fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
20 oz crushed pineapple,drained
2 medium apples,peeled and chopped
2 c miniature marshmallows
2/3 c sugar [or splenda or sugartwin]
1/4 c english walnuts
2 c whipping cream or cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl combine cranberries, pineapple, apples, marshmallows, sugar, and walnuts. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate over night Just before serving fold in cool whip.
