Creamy Cole Slaw (Diabetic) image

1 c red cabbage, shredded
1 c savoy cabbage, shredded
1/2 c peeled shredded carrot
1/4 c finely chopped white onion
1/2 c red or orange bell pepper, seeded, and chopped
1/2 Tbsp caraway seed
DRESSING
1 Tbsp stone ground mustard
1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 c plain non-fat yogart
2 pinch splenda
