Steps:
- 1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put potatoes, onion, cheese, and butter in crock pot.
- 2. In a small bowl mix soup, broth, sour cream and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
- 3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender. After an hour of cooking (or when cheese is melted) lift lid and stir thoroughly.
