Steps:
- 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in oil, flour, garlic and seasonings until blended.
- 2. Gradually add milk and broth. Bring to boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or so until slightly thickened.
- 3. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
