BEETS , you either love 'em or you hate 'em. I just love them! Here is a great salad. It is perfect for a picnic or pot luck. Good for Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays too (I just love the pretty red color)!

I loved this salad! The only thing I would change is to add a bit more salt and pepper to the dressing.

This salad was delicious! However, I had a hard time finding golden beets at my local grocery store. I ended up using regular beets and they worked just fine.

This salad was a great base recipe. I made a few changes to suit my tastes, such as using a different type of vinegar and adding some chopped walnuts. It turned out really well! I would definitely recommend this recipe to others, with the suggestion

I made this salad for a potluck and it was well-received. However, I probably wouldn't make it again for myself. It was a bit too sweet for my taste.

This salad was a waste of time and ingredients. It was bland and boring.

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed with the results. The salad was bland and the dressing was too thick. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of vinegar in the dressing and if I had added so

I made this salad for a dinner party and it was a hit! Everyone loved it. I did make a few small changes to the recipe, though. I used a different type of goat cheese and added a bit of honey to the dressing. It turned out great!
