Creamy Apple Cider Float image

Had my first hot apple cider float at a fall festival here in western New York. Warm, creamy, and frothy. The mulling spices make it taste like you're drinking a hot cup of apple pie. Once you try it you can't put it down. Vanilla or pumpkin ice cream work best.

I’m not sure what I did wrong, but my float turned out really icy. The ice cream didn’t melt at all.

I’m not a big fan of apple cider, but this float was actually really good! The vanilla ice cream and spices really helped to balance out the tartness of the cider.
