- Cream cheese with mayo Add salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and onion mix For open face sandwiches, use opening of small juice glass to cut off circles of bread (will get 2-3 circles per slice of bread. Buy the bigger slices of bread to get 3. Spread cream cheese mixture on bread then place one slice of cucumber on each piece of bread. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Also good to make whole cucumber sandwiches.
