I got this recipe back in 1984 out of Butter n love recipes. I got married in 1985 and this was in my first cookbook. I was to scared to try and make a REAL cheese cake so I made these for my husband and he loved them.

Steps:
- 1. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper. Add mixture to desired thickness (not past 3/4 full as they do puff). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Freeze or refrigerate.
