Steps:
- Cream Cheese Crescent Bars: Line the bottom of a greased 13"x9" baking pan with one package crescent rolls, pinching seams together; set aside. Blend together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk; spread evenly over crust. Gently place remaining crescent roll dough on top, pinching together seams. In a bowl, whisk egg white until frothy; brush over dough. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Topping; bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool; slice into bars or triangles. Cinnamon topping: Gently toss together all ingredients.
