CRAZY NACHOS
Can also be used as a dip instead of nacho topping

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400.
- 2. Mix all ingredients exccept cheese in medium mixing bowl.
- 3. Line cookie sheet with tortilla chips. Spread mixture over chips. Top with cheese.
- 4. Bake ~ 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
