2 cups water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into a 9x13 greased or sprayed cake pan. bake at 350 for 30-35 minute.
