This is for everyone that has crawfish boils and wants a new idea of what to do with leftover crawfish and all the extras. I always did etoufees with the leftover crawfish but it never solved the problem of what to do with the corn , potatoes, onions..and whatever else you threw in the boil. I know when we boil we always throw in...

This soup was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I think I'll try making it again with less cayenne pepper next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my soup turned out bland. I think I might have used too much water.

The soup was good, but I found the broth to be a little too thick. I think I would add more water next time.

I'm not a huge fan of seafood, but this soup was surprisingly good. The crawfish had a mild flavor that wasn't fishy at all. I would definitely make this again.
