IN deep dish pan pan or cake pan:
12 oz cranberries fresh or frozen
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 chopped nuts. pecans or walnuts
I mixing bowl:
1cup sugar
1 cup all pupose flour
1 1/2 cubes butter melted
2 eggs.

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350 F Place berries, sugar, nuts in pan. Mis other ingredients well, pour over berries. Bank until golden brown about 1 hr. Serve warm or cold. With cream, Ice cream, whipped cream, or clotted cream. Make 2 if a teen age boy is in the house.
