Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 375 df ~ In large bowl combine beef, stuffing mix, eggs and onion, salt and pepper. Shape mix into 1 1/2" balls ~ Place on cookie sheet with rim and bake 15-20 min.
- 2. SAUCE: In medium saucepan combine the Cranberry Sauce, chille sauce, brown sugar and ginger. Heat til mixture come to boil. Stir frequently ~ combine balls and sauce. Keep warm in crockpot.
