Cranberry Smoothies image

When you think of Thanksgiving leftovers, a smoothie probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind. I promise after you try my nutrient-packed beverage, it will be your new next-day favorite! -Debra Torres, Lynchburg, Virginia

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 cups cranberry-apple juice
2 cups whole-berry cranberry sauce, divided
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place juice, 1 cup cranberry sauce, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender; cover and process until blended. Add remaining cranberries; cover and pulse until combined. Serve immediately.
