Cranberry Relish image

My mother has been making this for as long as I can remember. At our table if given the choice of canned jelled cranberry sauce and the relish, the relish is the one that gets eaten up. Mom says that her original recipe called for 2 cups of sugar but we tend to like it a bit on the tart side.
