Cranberry Orange Tea Bread (Sugar-Free) image

This recipe came from Marlene Koch's Splenda Recipes book that I have. It is sugar-free, low fat and low calorie. I added the cream cheese and vanilla to the glaze. I also added nuts to the original batter recipe.

I'm not a big fan of cranberry, but I loved this bread! The oranges balance out the tartness of the cranberries perfectly.

This bread is a great way to use up leftover cranberries. It's also a nice change from the traditional pumpkin or banana bread.
