Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In another bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cranberries. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full., Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, walnuts and thyme; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over tops., Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
