Time 15m

Yield 1 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 kiwi, peeled
1/4 cup cranberry lemonade
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Mix kiwi and lemonade.
  • If cranberry lemonade cannot be found, you can most likely mix lemonade and cranberry juice to a similiar effect.
  • Blend in the banana.
  • This recipe makes for a VERY "potent" smoothie so if your tastes are more mild you may want to leave out the sugar or use half a kiwi instead of a full one.
  • Add sugar and enjoy.

This smoothie was a complete disaster! It was too tart, too sweet, and just plain weird.

I didn't have any chia seeds, so I used flax seeds instead. It still turned out great!

This smoothie was a bit too tart for my taste, but I think that's just because I'm not a big fan of cranberries. I might try it again with less cranberries and more kiwi.

I'm not usually a fan of smoothies, but this one was really good. The flavors were well-balanced and it wasn't too sweet.

This smoothie was so refreshing and delicious! The tartness of the cranberries and the sweetness of the kiwi were a perfect balance. I also loved the added crunch from the chia seeds.
