Cranberry Glazed Pork Chops image

I got this from someone I work with. It is so good with a rice blend.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 Tbsp canola oil
6 bone in or boneless chops
1/4 tsp salt
1 can(s) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c apple jelly
1 Tbsp guldens spicey mustard
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle meat with salt. Place in the skillet: cook 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn meat, reduce heat to medium and cook 6 minutes more. Just until slightly pink in the centers.
  • 2. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Gradually add to meat in skillet: cook 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
  • 3. Serve
