CRANBERRY FETA PINWHEELS image

Cranberries and feta, yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 oz. cream cheese, soft
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. green onions, chop fine
6 oz. dried cranberries
4-10" floured tortellas

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese till fluffy, add next 2 ing. well. Stir in the cranberries. Spread 1/2 c. of this mix on each tortella. Roll up tight & wrap in plastic wrap, ref. overnight. Slice in apx. 1/2" pieces.
