Cranberry Broccoli Cabbage Salad image

I have never taken this salad to a function with out giving out the recipe aleast half adozen times!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 c cabbage, shredded
4 c broccoli florets, in bite size pieces
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 small red onion, diced fine
2 c dried cranberries (craisins)
DRESSING:
1 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 c sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all salad ingredients in large bowl. In seperate bowl mix all dressing ingredients. Toss dressing with salad. Salad can be served right away or made a day in advance.
