CRANBERRY BOMBS image

Yield 50-60 cookies

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. chopped dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-11 minutes, depending on how big your cookies are.
