Steps:
- Grate 2 teas. of orange rine; squeeze the oranges and add additional orange juice to make 2 cups. ombinbe juice and sugar in a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Add cranberries and allspice, and reduce heat to a simmer ( 5 minutes or until berries start popping). Remove from heat, add apples and rind; cool. Chill well. Makes 8 cups.
