Cran-Blueberry Smoothies image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup frozen cranberries
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 medium banana, cut up
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
