These wontons were a lot of work to make, and I'm not sure they were worth it. The filling was good, but the wonton wrappers were a bit bland.

I had a hard time finding wonton wrappers at my local grocery store. I ended up using egg roll wrappers, which worked fine, but they were a bit thicker than I would have liked.

These wontons were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred them with a more tart filling.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my wontons didn't turn out crispy. The filling was good, but the wonton wrappers were soggy. I'll have to try again.
