Steps:
- Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spread the mixture on the muffin halves. Freeze until hard (can be made several days ahead.) Cut each muffin half into quarters and place, cheese side up, on a baking sheet. Set oven rack about 6 inches from broiler Broil until bubbling and beginning to brown. Serve warm.
