CRAB MUFFIN APPETIZERS image

Yield 24-32 appetizers

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can of crab, drained.
1 jar of Kraft Old English Cheese
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 t mayonnaise
1/2 t garlic powder
6-8 English muffin halves

Steps:

  • Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spread the mixture on the muffin halves. Freeze until hard (can be made several days ahead.) Cut each muffin half into quarters and place, cheese side up, on a baking sheet. Set oven rack about 6 inches from broiler Broil until bubbling and beginning to brown. Serve warm.
