Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb. Crabmeat
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup mild Crackers, crushed
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 or 3 shakes of Tabasco
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Steps:

  • Form into balls a deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
