I thought the dip was fantastic. It was so rich and creamy, and the flavors were so complementary. I will say, though, that it was a bit too thick for my taste, so I added a bit more milk.

I'm not usually a fan of crab dip, but when my friend told me about this recipe I had to try it. I'm impressed! The flavors are very well-balanced and the texture is perfect. It's the perfect dip to have at a party. Would totally recommend!

I omitted the artichoke hearts because I didn't have any on hand, and I also used cream cheese instead of sour cream.

I've made a crab dip before, but I’ve never tried using artichoke hearts. It was a great addition!
