I'm not a big fan of raisins, so I omitted them from the recipe. The dish was still very good without them.

This couscous dish is a great combination of sweet and savory flavors. The raisins add a nice touch of sweetness, while the red peppers add a bit of spice. The couscous itself is cooked perfectly, and the overall dish is very flavorful.
