Steps:
- 1. Peel and cube potatoes
- 2. Cook bacon and sausage then set aside.
- 3. In a skillet, add olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add in onions and peppers. Cook about 5 minutes stirring often.
- 4. Add potatoes and spices, cover and cook for about 5 minutes stirring often.
- 5. Add bacon (broken into pieces) and sausage (broken into pieces) cover and cook for 5 minutes. Check potatoes and remove when cooked.
- 6. Salt and pepper to taste.
