Country Style Pork Chops! image

My dad used to make these when we were kids. It was one of my favorite meals. Now, my kids have the same memories. They come home for this meal!

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 or 5 pork chops, boneless tenderized
1/2 c flour
1 1/2 Tbsp italian bread crumbs
salt and pepper
seasoning salt
2 Tbsp oil
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup family size
milk, 2%

Steps:

  • 1. Tenderize pork chops.
  • 2. In large frying pan, heat oil on medium.
  • 3. Combing flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, season salt in small bowl. Rub pork chops in flour mixture coating all of the meat. Place into frying pan. Cook till brown on each side, bout 5 minutes.
  • 4. While pork chops are browning, open can of cream of mushroom soup and add to crock pot. Then add 1/2 can of milk to to crock pot. Stir together.
  • 5. Place pork chops in crock pot when browned. Set crock pot on low for a minimum of 3 hours. Serve hot. Enjoy!
