I don't know where I got this recipe, but I love recipes that have ingredients generally on hand. A good use for leftover ham.

I'm not a big fan of ham and potato soup, but this recipe is really good. The soup is creamy and flavorful, and the ham and potatoes are tender. I will definitely be making this soup again.

This soup is bland and flavorless. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't turn out well. I won't be making this soup again.

This soup is a must-try! The ham and potatoes are cooked to perfection, and the broth is flavorful and comforting. I love the addition of the vegetables, which add a nice sweetness to the soup. I will definitely be making this soup again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my soup turned out really watery. I followed the recipe exactly, but the broth just didn't thicken up. It was still tasty, but it wasn't what I was hoping for.

This soup was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably won't make it again.

I was really looking forward to trying this soup, but I was disappointed. The broth was bland and the ham and potatoes were tough. I won't be making this soup again.
