Steps:
- 1)Preheat oven to 200 degrees. 2)Mix cottage cheese,flour,egg yolks,salt and butter in bowl until just combined (batter will be slightly lumpy). 3)Mix egg whites seperately until stiff but not froathy. 4)Combine egg whites with batter until its semi smooth. 5)Incorporate bananas. 6)Heat a griddle or large heavy skillet over moderate heat until hot enough to make drops of water sizzle over the surface, then brush with oil. 7)Working in batches, fill a small soup laddel with batter for each pancake, then pour batter onto griddle and cook, turning over once, until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes per batch. 8)Transfer to a heatproof platter and keep warm in oven until ready to serve. 9)enjoy.
