Corned Beef Rye Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz softened cream cheese
16 oz container of sour cream
1 pkg dry italian dressing mix
1 Tbsp white horseradish
1/2 lb deli shaved corn beef ot shredded cooked corn beef....my favorite
1 loaf of round rye bread
1 loaf unsliced rye bread cut into chunks

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, dressing mix, and horseradish until well blended.
  • 2. Fold in Corn Beef
  • 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  • 4. Scoop out the center of the round rye loaf and place dip in center of loaf
  • 5. Slice unsliced rye bread into chunks and enjoy
