CORN WITH A KICK
Looks tame, but has a bit of a Latino bite! This one's always a hit at pitch-in dinners! You can also add and/or substitute shredded potatoes, and/or chicken to make a full meal.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine butter, cream cheese and milk; stir until smooth.
- 3. In a 2-quart baking dish combine corn and jalapenos. Pour milk mixture over corn and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- 4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
