Corn Salad image

Love this salad, I use this salad when I had made corn on the cob.. Plus left over veggies.. You can always mix it up...I thinks it just Yummy.. You can eat it hot or cold...

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 c corn
1/2 c of each ( yellow,red,green) bell pepper
1/2 c diced red onion
1 c may or vegan mayonnaise
1 c divided cheese, shredded ( soy cheese for vegetarian)
1 c crushed chili favorite chips

Steps:

  • 1. Combine All ingredients except chips in a bowl and mix well. Refrig for 1 hour to blended all favors.
  • 2. Add remaining cheese and top with chip at time of serving..
