Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup elbow macaroni
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can yellow whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can white whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine (can be reduced by half if need be)
1/2 cup diced onion
1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)

Steps:

  • In a 13X9 inch ungreased pan, combine all ingredients.
  • Bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover, then continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
