Corn Light Bread image

This is a delicious bread that will accent any meal.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/3 c self-rising buttermilk corn meal
2/3 c self-rising flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c milk
3 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all together; you may need to add a little more milk but not more than a 1/2 cup more. Batter will be thick. Pour into a loaf pan.
  • 2. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
