Corn Fritters image

Kids LOVE these things!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
milk
12 oz canned sweet corn

Steps:

  • 1. Use juice from corn and add enough milk to make 1/4 cup. Pour into bowl and add all remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop by the spoonful into fryer or hot grease. Be sure to turn them so they don't burn, cook till golden brown. Drain on paper towels, serve warm.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. I thought these corn fritters were delicious! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they had a great corn flavor. I will definitely be making them again.
