Steps:
- 1) Cook potatoes, mash in food processor or with potato masher 2) Heat in pan: cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese 3) Add to heated soup mixture: green onions. Then mix in potatoes and sour cream and pour into casserole. 4) Melt butter with cornflakes and layer on top 5) Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
