Corn Casserole image

This is a holiday favorite. Great Thanksgiving side dish that is quick and easy, and a crowd pleaser

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 can(s) whole kernel corn 15.5 oz, drained
2 can(s) creamed corn, 14 oz
2 pkg jiffy muffin mix 8.5 oz
2 stick butter
4 eggs
16 oz sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Melt the butter and mix with the corn, in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add to corn. Stir well. Add the sour cream and the 2 packages of muffin mix, stirring well after each addition.
  • 3. Mix all ingredients very well and pour into prepared pan. Bake on center rack in oven for 45-60 minutes.
