Steps:
- Combine chickpeas, kidney beans, black beans, corn,onion,.
- red pepper and celery.
- Set aside.
- Mix together basil, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic.
- salt and pepper.
- Pour over bean salad and toss.
- May add 1 12 tsp hot pepper if desired.
