Corn Bake Casserole image

My family always requests that this side dish be part of our Thanksgiving feast, and since it's so easy to prepare, I always make sure not to disappoint! Just throw everything into a bowl, mix and pour into a casserole dish. If you don't like using the French Onion Dip, just use plain sour cream. It's all a matter of taste.

1 (8.5oz) pkg corn muffin mix
1 (17oz.) can(s) creamed corn
1 (17oz) can(s) whole kernel corn (lightly drained)
1 (8oz) carton french onion dip (made with sour cream)
1/2 c (1 stick) butter

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly grease 2.5-3 qt. casserole dish or 7.5x11 pan.
  • 2. Mix everything together in a bowl until well blended; pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.
  • 3. Bake at 350'F. for 50-60 minutes or until top is golden brown.
